It’s simple – our BPM Rental Application gathers your identity and income documentation, which is thoroughly examined by our team of specialists at Bridg Property Management. We carefully screen and organize your data, and once verified, we’ll provide you with a blockchain-encrypted file to present to your prospective landlord.

This file serves as proof that you have completed our proprietary application process, and that BPM has thoroughly verified your employer, income, salary, and conducted a verified credit and financial background check, giving your landlord peace of mind in your candidacy as a tenant.

Tenant Report

Our comprehensive TransUnion report includes crucial information such as your FICO Credit Score, bankruptcy, judgment, collection, and lien records. Additionally, it provides a summary of each tenant’s revolving credit, auto loans, mortgages, school loans, medical loans, other debts, and payment histories.

Blockchain-Verified Files

Once Verified by BPM, you’ll receive a blockchain-encrypted file that can be shared with any prospective landlord as proof of completion of our proprietary application process. The file serves  as verification that BPM has verified your employer, income, and salary information, ensuring you stand out as a reliable and trustworthy tenant.

Secure Document Verification

As part of our service, we’ll also authenticate your documents and securely store them in an online portal with a unique link that can be shared with any prospective landlord. This enables your landlord to view and verify that your documents have been thoroughly reviewed and authenticated by BPM, instilling confidence in your credibility as a tenant.

Tenancy Projected Outcomes

BPM’s analysis of your information, the rental property, and the rental market will be reflected in the Tenancy Projected Outcomes. This section of the BPM Report provides your landlord with a clear understanding of the likelihood of late payments, property damage, eviction, early vacancy, and the expected length of your tenancy.

The BPM Score

  • Government Issued Id Must display legal name, date of birth, and signature. Can be any of

  • Foreign Passport
  • Canadian Citizenship Card with photo
  • Canadian Permanent Resident Card with signature
  • Record of Landing (IMM 1000)
  • Confirmation of Permanent Resident (IMM 5292) accompanied by a valid passport from country of origin
